Delivery Policy
We offer local/international shipping (selected countries) by our courier service partners, Ninjavan and Janio and our own fleet.
Local deliveries are charged at SGD 5.00 for orders below SGD 50.00.
Delivery is FREE for orders above SGD 50.00.
All orders will be processed for courier pick-up once payment has been made and verified.
Your orders will be delivered to you within 3 ~ 5 business days.
The delivery and scheduling of your orders will be determined by the courier service partners, and we do not provide specific delivery time slots due to the delivery routing, as well as the delivery load.
All deliveries will be tracked, and you will be notified of your order’s tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to the email indicated by you.
Deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons.

Mondays ~ Fridays - 930am ~ 1230pm, 230pm ~ 530pm only
Please proceed to self collect only AFTER receiving our confirmation via SMS / Whatsapp / Email.
**All self collection items have to be collected within 14 working days from our SMS/Whatsapp/Email order confirmation.
Orders will be cancelled after 14 working days and no refund will be issued.
